Our historic barn is over 100-years old and is an amazing space for large gatherings. The barn is open-air and spills out onto a grassy lawn. The lawn makes a perfect space for a large tent for special events. The barn and a large tent can accommodate 200 guests. The barn is also equipped with power to connect lighting sound systems or projectors. Ample parking is available on the property, with overflow parking available along Redwood Road and Hereford Road.

Guests who wish to rent the party barn can pay a flat rate for either one, two, or three day use. A typical weekend rental rate starts at $3,000 for use of the barn for Friday night, Saturday day/night, and Sunday day. Single day/night is also available.
